EVERYTHING ABOUT IPTV SRONG

I used your application to upgrade my strong 4669x and after booting I saw lock about the screen.I attempted to unlock it by dialing 0000 And that i later on noticed the decoder was frozen Even though the lock was not there and each of the channels was vanished.The decoder has become frozen.What really should I do?hi there lemmny, kindly help.
